I've taken your class on Mental Health First Aid training before and it such a fun way of execution on a topic that has so many stigmas against it. Thank you for making it so easy to get through the course with your kindness and beautiful smile. I truly enjoyed everything you brought to the workshop. -
My experience with the mental health first aid certification wirh Amanda was amazing. She taught me skills that will last me a lifetime, I remember all the excerises, her engagement , and how she was wonderful in using real life experiences to explain scenarios. I would highly reccomend you to take her course on MHFA training. She is one of those facilitators I will never forget , her teaching does last a life time. I even have used my MHFA certification for real world support in explaining to others. And I use the same examples I was taught by Amanda. I’m so Greatful to have had the opportunity to take the course. If you’re considering taking the course, run — to it, no need to consider it, it’s a YES for me.
